Looking for something to do with your family, children or friends this weekend? How about a nice recreational ride out to Rustica Bakery. It’s summer time and once again, Meg Roberts is doing a fundraiser for the Cycle 16 bike trail project. Last summer, this very popular Tour de Croissant fundraiser attracted over 1600 participants and raised just shy of $6000.00.
It will be held Saturdays starting June 5th and will take place down at Rustica Bakery. 3168 Babine Lake Rd 10am-2pm.
The Bakery is about 500 metres off Babine Lake road in a charming hollow nestled in amongst a poplar forest.
There will be no motorized vehicle access to the bakery during these events and limited parking on Meg’s driveway, so dust off your bike and come help kickstart this fundraising effort.
E-bike raffle: There are only 50 raffle tickets left, so come with an extra $10 to help us achieve a complete sell out.
Tee shirts will be on sale from 10am-Noon and Cycle 16 Board members will be on hand to answer any questions you may have for us.
